While the Dwyane Wade farewell tour rages on fans got a flashback moment on a hail Mary clutch time shot, the fifth of his career. Still, it was a heady moment from Wade given not every player could remain calm enough to not only fight through getting blocked twice but also recognize the shot clock situation.
Miami has fallen a half-game off the chase pack for that final seed and is 3-7 in their last 10 games. But, as much as I’d like to see the Magic make the cut, I’m hoping we get one more Wade appearance. Hey, I’d be happy for both Florida teams to be in the mix. Besides, Wade’s swan song just won’t seem complete without a classic playoff game where he steals one for his squad.
