NBA Power Rankings: Battle for seeding priority of OKC Thunder and peers
While the Jazz can’t win every game they sure have the deck stacked to do precisely that. Given this ease of schedule, Utah has the best shot at moving up to a home court seed although so far the wins aren’t translating into much movement.
Of the remaining 13 games, nine are against lottery squads, two are against teams trying to make a push for the eight seeds in their conferences (Kings, Hornets) and only two feature seeded squads which just happens to be their final two games of 82 against the Nuggets and Clippers.
Those matches only take on any precedence based on whether a win or loss can help the clubs move up in the seeding.
