NBA Power Rankings: OKC Thunder and peers jockey for position
For as much as this season can’t help but be considered a disappointment, there are positives to pull from the 2018-19 campaign. Entering their final seven games of the campaign the Pelicans boast a number of top three placements. New Orleans ranks first in field goals made, second in assists and points per game and third in rebounding.
Not exactly something you would expect from a lottery team. The question is how much of these stats are a result of having a superstar on the team? The Pelicans should have that answer soon as Anthony Davis is expected to be traded this offseason.
