PAUL GEORGE. A+. . SF. Oklahoma City Thunder

If we’re honest as a fan base we’ve been a little worried about Paul George since he appeared wearing the athletic tape on his shoulders (he’s been seen with it on both shoulders and there have been whispered rumors of a rotator cuff injury).

On this night though the fanbase got to witness Playoff P in all his glory as he delivered on both sides of the court. Nevermind he wasn’t afforded the same whistle as his MVP counterpart. That said, while James Harden did NOT score a single field goal in the final frame PG scored eight with that glorious 3-pointer at 1.8 seconds remaining capping the night.

PG’s final stat line read 27 points, nine rebounds, three assists and four important steals. George also led the team with a game-high plus nine in point differential.

The other key was George’s suffocating defense which proved problematic for Harden, Paul, Gordon or whoever he covered on this night.
