Ranking 25 best sneakers worn by OKC Thunder in 2019
By Shade Piper
Number 11: Jerami Grant in the Jordan 1 ‘Spider-Man Origin Story’
Not too many players are brave enough to ball in Jordan Ones, but Jerami Grant did in this Spider-Man colorway. These kicks kind of clash with the Thunders uniforms and this colorway isn’t quite as good as the original ‘Chicago’ colorway that it closely resembles so that caused this shoes to slide a little bit in the rankings. Still, this is a great shoe and it was really cool seeing Grant hoop in Jordan Ones.
Number 12: Jerami Grant in the Jordan 7 ‘Olympics’
This is another classic Jordan colorway. The ‘Olympic’ 7s are one of the best Jordan 7 colorways, so this is another nice one to see Grant break out in a game.
Number 13: Jerami Grant in the Jordan 3 ‘International Flight’
This isn’t my favorite Jordan Three colorway, but still a really solid shoe. The shoe could’ve easily found its way much higher up in the rankings if Grant would’ve gone with the ‘True Blue’ colorway instead.
Number14: Markieff Morris in the Nike LeBron 16 ‘SuperBron’ Colorways
The LeBron mashups with the LeBron 16 and retro Nike shoes are so great. This top one is my absolute favorite. Markieff Morris has worn pretty much strictly LeBron 16s in his short Thunder career, so far and the one pictured at the top is definitely his best.
Number 15: Markieff Morris in the LeBron 16 ‘Equality’
I love the mismatched shoe look when done right. These aren’t quite as good as the LeBron 15 ‘Equality,’ but this is still a great shoe with an even greater purpose behind it.
