Ranking 25 best sneakers worn by OKC Thunder in 2019
By Shade Piper
Number 16: Jerami Grant in the Jordan 8 ‘South Beach’
This isn’t one of the more popular Jordan 8 colorways, but I actually kind of like this one. It is hard to go wrong with a South Beach colorway.
Number 17: Dennis Schroder in the Nike Adapt with Self-Lacing Technology
This is one of the crazier shoes ever created. Self-lacing technology is something that has forever been anticipated since Marty McFly first stepped into his Air Mags back in 1985. This technology was finally implemented into a basketball shoe after almost 35 years. And not only is the technology cool, the shoe actually looks good too.
Number 18: Russell Westbrook in a Jordan Why Not Zer0.1 PE
I think this was the last Why Not Zer0.1 we got to see before the Zer0.2 was debuted and I think Westbrook may have saved the best for last. I love the Thunder colors incorporated into this PE and this picture does little justice to how great this shoe actually is without seeing the view from above of the pattern on the main portion of the shoe.
Number 19: Dennis Schroder in the Nike PG1 Volt
This is my favorite colorway of the PG1 and you also have to love the support of Schroder for his teammate Paul George, sporting his first signature shoe.
Number 20: Markieff Morris in the Nike LeBron 16 Low Atmos Safari
This is a very great shoe, but the colorway doesn’t look great with this Thunder uniform. The shoes more burnt orange color just doesn’t mesh well with the bright turquoise and orange of the Thunder’s ‘City Edition’ uniforms.
