Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. C. Bol Bol. Oregon. 12. player. 170

Bol Bol was the toast of the town out west for all of two weeks into the College Basketball season before he got hurt during the Oregon Ducks season tip off tournament.

Bol Bol was averaging 21 points and nine rebounds and almost three blocks per game before he was sidelined with an injury.

Bol Bol is a 7’2 center with a 7’7 wingspan and 9’7 standing reach. The only issue with his size is his 208 frame, but that is easy to correct in an NBA weight room with NBA level strength and conditioning.

Bol Bol can not only catch lobs but in his shortened freshman season, he shot 52 percent from three. Admittedly that is obviously a small sample size, but it displays his 3-point abilities which can result in him spacing the floor and being a huge offensive threat.

Despite being a big man, Bol Bol can create for himself off the dribble, that is extremely rare to see. In a few years of growing and learning, Bol Bol could be a phenomenal player.

A stress fracture to the navicular bone in his left foot with what held him out at Oregon, and it does not seem like that injury will stop him from participating in Summer League much less his rookie season, but time will tell. When a big man starts to get foot injuries, it does not ever seem to stop.
