Lagerald Vick had an interesting college career at the University of Kansas. Vick declared for the NBA Draft a year ago, before withdrawing his name from the 2018 NBA Draft, and actually had to plead with Bill Self to be welcomed back to the program. The Jayhawks went as far to give away his old number (#2) to incoming transfer Charlie Moore.

More from Thunderous Intentions

Vick left the Kansas University Basketball program at the end of the year prior to March Madness starting. He returned home to Memphis to take care of family issues, and never returned to Lawrence, Kansas.

Vick was a career 40 percent 3-point shooter during his four-year college career. Vick shot the 3-ball at a 45 percent clip (on 6.3 attempts per game).

Vick would be worth a flyer for the OKC Thunder who are desperate for 3-point shooting. The Thunder could roll Vick out during the NBA Summer League to see how he performs with a chance to earn a spot with the Blue or a two-way deal.

It is easy to see why Vick went undrafted, he was a streaky performer at Kansas with highs as good as any player, but the lows were extremely low.

The OKC Thunder still have ways to improve after the draft with prospects, or at least some flyers to take.
