The NBA Draft did not disappoint when it came to providing fun, entertainment, drama, and content. No one won bigger than David Griffin. Plus how did the OKC Thunder fare?

The NBA Draft was electric on Thursday Night, and a ton of teams walked away feeling good about themselves, and the moves they made. However, there are a few teams that should have their fanbases walking away disappointed in how Thursday panned out.

There were five clear winners in the NBA Draft, and five clear losers in the NBA Draft this year as well.

The NBA Draft featured the most draft day trades in NBA History, with picks, prospect, cash, and veterans exchanging hands at every twist and turn.

With a ton of trades, becomes a ton to instantly react to. Players slipping down the draft boards and even to the deep, dark abyss.

David Griffin stole the show at Thursday’s NBA Draft and already has his name engraved on the 2019-20 NBA executive of the year trophy, while the Phoenix Suns made a ton of puzzling moves that left Suns fans on two wildly different spectrums of thought.

Even teams in the second round came away with an NBA Draft Day loss. That is how wild Thursday Night was.

With all the moving parts and drama that the NBA Draft took on, it still was just the appetizer for the real show which opens on June 30th at the start of the NBA Free Agency period.

The NBA Draft at times can take a while to digest and see how things play out, but with these rapid-fire winners and losers are exactly what content in June is all about.
