Get to know the OKC Thunder Vegas Summer League squad

The OKC Thunder get their Summer League season underway on Saturday afternoon, meet the players who will be participating in Vegas.
The NBA Summer League is already underway with special events in Sacramento and Utah. The main event though begins this weekend in Vegas. On Friday Night you can catch Zion Williamson going up against college teammate RJ Barrett…but on Saturday the real show begins. You can see Deonte Burton and Hamidou Diallo in action! Along with the rest of the OKC Thunder squad.
The NBA Summer league is great for basketball junkies. Despite the Raptors winning the NBA Finals under a month ago, I am already having basketball withdrawal. The NBA Summer League provides one last glimpse of basketball before the dark period begins and we are shut out until October.

The OKC Thunder announced their summer league roster earlier this week, so let’s take a deeper look at the roster including some guys you may or may not know.
The NBA Summer League provides first looks at top prospects while giving prospects who fell through the cracks a chance to shine (as Deonte Burton did a year ago), and also allows some veterans to cling to their last hope of claiming an NBA roster spot. For example, former OKC Thunder player Cameron Payne who is on the Dallas Mavericks Summer League roster this summer).
This year’s Thunder roster is stacked with players who could see NBA minutes this year, as well as some intriguing players.
