Finally, it looked like the Thunder had a team to contend with the mighty Warriors.

The night before Thanksgiving, coming off two straight losses, the OKC Thunder topped the Golden State Warriors and Kevin Durant in their first meeting as the new look OK3.

George had 20 points in this game, going four for ten from deep, and shooting 42 percent from the floor.

George was a plus 17 for the game. PG also grabbed 11 boards and was able to earn four steals with two blocks helping shut down the Warriors and give Russell Westbrook his first win over Kevin Durant.

I was at this game, and the building was electric even with it being the night before a holiday.

The roof exploded off the arena with every made basket, and boos were hurled at Kevin Durant each and every time he touched the ball. M-V-P chants in November, and fans on their feet for the majority of the game.

For the first time in his OKC tenure, Paul George got the true Chesapeake Energy Arena experience.

While it was just a regular season win, it meant a lot to the fan base, the organization, and I am sure Russell Westbrook.
