Terrance Ferguson: OKC Thunder
A lot of Thunder fans (including myself who didn’t scout the draft as much at the time) had no idea of what to expect from Terrance Ferguson in 2017 after taking him 21st overall. A five star prospect, Ferguson decided to play overseas for the Adelaide 36ers of the NBL in Australia.
After playing in only 13 minutes a game his rookie year, Ferguson’s minutes doubled his second season as he became a starter on a playoff team.
Ferguson has 3 and D potential, and while he has been able to hit open threes (36.6 percent last season) and play solid defense, hasn’t really shown much else in his game thus far into his career.
However, he is only 21 and has plenty of room to grow on the basketball court and in the weight room as he needs to bulk up to handle the more physical wings in the league.
