Grab your calendar and mark these key dates for the OKC Thunder 2019-2020 season when former players return to Chesapeake Energy Arena and old rivalries are renewed.

With the NBA releasing the full regular-season schedule today there are a number of dates for OKC Thunder fans to mark on their calendars. Among the most compelling games will be the return of former Thunder players to Chesapeake Energy Arena with their new squads.

In some cases, former players like Kevin Durant won’t be expected to hit the hardwood given his injury. And, notably, this will be the second squad KD brings into Chesapeake with his decision to leave the Golden State Warriors this past summer.

Among the most anticipated games will be the return of the franchises most beloved star Russell Westbrook who’ll arrive with his Houston Rockets. This is a double-edged sword since James Harden will be featured with Westbrook in the backcourt.

There are other exciting dates to mark on your calendar when the OKC Thunder travel to play clubs expected to vie for the title. Additionally, there are squads who the Thunder historically have rivalries with and will be re-sparked this season.

With so many elite stars moving to new clubs this offseason in free agency it means a number of games will fall in the must watch category. Holidays games are always exciting as all NBA fans love having the opportunity to feast on delectable meals and then pull up a comfy chair to witness the action.

We’ll cover holidays and other marquee games of top teams this season later, but for now, the focus is on the OKC Thunder and as such the following list serves up the games you’ll want to earmark as must watch this season.
