No. 12: Milwaukee Bucks – Bango the Buck
Bango really is a pleasure to watch. He is one of the most acrobatic mascots in the league. His character design has begun to grow on me. Bango has also thrown down some impressive dunks in his heyday.
The longevity of Bango is impressive as he’s been with the team for since 1977 and undergone several cosmetic changes over the course of the years.
Although I’m fond of his overall act, I’m not fond of his name or his soulless eyes. Won’t someone think of the children! Bango the buck doesn’t actually remind me of an actual buck, but I bet he generates bucks.
