2024 Draft Picks:

First Round Picks:

Three first-round picks could be in the offing this season. The Houston Rockets first-round pick to protected for selections 1 through 4. If the Rockets did plummet and earn one of the top four picks they would convey their second-round pick in this season and the 2025 draft.

In addition, the Thunder are set to receive the LA Clippers 2024 first-round draft pick. And, they’ll have their own first-round pick.

Second Round Picks:

The Grizzlies 2024 pick will be conveyed.

Denver Nuggets second-round pick. If the Nuggets had not conveyed their first-round pick to the Thunder in 2020, 2021 or 2022 they would send their second-round picks in 2023 and 2024. Either way, the Nuggets would complete their obligation in this draft year.

As per above if the Rockets fell to 1-4 they would convey their second-round pick instead (as well as in 2025).

If the Thunder didn’t convey the first-round pick to the Hawks in 2022 (protected 1-14) they would owe them this second-round pick.

What’s likely to happen:

The Thunder gets three picks in the first round and one pick in the second round while sending out their own second-round pick to the Hawks.
