OKC Thunder finishes a back-to-back set vs. the Milwaukee Bucks and reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo. T.I. preps you for the contest via the gameday preview.

In the second game of a homestand back-to-back set the OKC Thunder host the Milwaukee Bucks. The Bucks have been a little disappointing this season. They have the majority of their core back including last season’s MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo as well as  Khris Middleton, Eric Bledsoe and Brook Lopez.

The Bucks lost Malcolm Brogdon to the Indiana Pacers but replaced him with Wesley Matthews with what should be a net upgrade. However, they are on pace for a 57 win season which is already three wins less than last season.

Antetokounmpo is having an even better season than last year. He is averaging 29.0 points, 14.0 rebounds, 7.5 assists, 1.5 blocks and 1.3 steals per game. These are almost all career highs and every one of them is better than last season.

He is ably backed up by Khris Middleton who is quietly been having a best supporting MVP nominee season. He is averaging 19 points and 6.5 rebounds per game. His game is the perfect foil for Antetokounmpo as Middleton is strong where the Greek Freak is weak.

The Bucks are a well-rounded team but their heartbeat is Antetokounmpo with the lungs being the 3-point shooting. The Thunder has an incredible perimeter defense which is going to be tested against this Bucks team.

After the San Antonio Spurs game, Dennis Schroder said that they wanted to encourage non-paint two’s. This played into LaMarcus Aldridge’s hands but is what the team needs to do against the Greek Freak and the Bucks.

This brings us to the keys of the game
