The OKC Thunder are still in the mix, but we all know this season is about the NBA Draft and developing. Here is your week two NBA Draft stock up, stock down report.

As of this writing, The OKC Thunder are currently seeded in ninth place in the wild Western Conference, just three games back of a playoff spot. We knew entering this season the 2019-20 OKC Thunder would not be judged based on their win-loss record, it was about developing young players and capitalizing on their draft assets.

OKC Thunder GM Sam Presti and the OKC Thunder brass will not let this team go into a tank mode that gets so embarrassing fans either are not showing up or showing up to the Peake in a brown paper bag. The goal remains the same despite the Thunder being hyper-competitive.

As of right now, according to Tankathon.com, The OKC would hold the 12th pick (their own), the 25th pick (from the Nuggets), and the 45th pick (their own). Obviously, that 12th overall pick is subjected to a bunch of bouncing ping pong balls, frozen envelopes, and pure luck. It could end up being a higher, or lower pick when the dust–or rather, Ping Pong Balls–Settle.

If you believe somehow this is a playoff team, and not just a fun scrappy team and you are not ready, in November, to turn your sights onto the College Basketball season and the NBA Draft…I get it.

These stock up and down reports will be here when you are ready. However, as I wipe the tomatoes off my keyboard that was flung from readers who are outraged that I do not see this team as a playoff contender, If you are interested in the NBA Draft already this is the site for you. From Big Boards to stock up stock down reports, Tankathon updates and more.

This week’s stock report is headlined by magical ankles, unranked to top 60, and upsets. So get your drinks and your snacks as we settle in and go on a college basketball journey.
