Net: (minus -9.2 ) – 28th

Record: 2-8
Games Week 3: (1-3) win vs. Blazers lost to Rockets, Wolves, Thunder

Without Stephen Curry, the Warriors more closely resemble a G-League team than an NBA varsity squad. With Draymond Green‘s return to the lineup and a healthy D’Angelo Russell back in the mix, there were hopes the Dubs could stay close enough to the pack in order to capture enough wins to potentially nab a bottom playoff berth once Steph returned.

The key would be Russell taking over the primary scoring role and Green providing the intangibles and leadership to get this young ragtag group to be competitive. So, Draymond getting ejected his first game back sure doesn’t align with the “leadership” role he’ll need to assume.
