Detroit Pistons

Offense: (107.9 ) – 14th
Defense: (110.7) –  24th
Net: (minus -2.9 ) – 21st

Record: 4-6
Games Week 3: (1-2) Wins vs. Knicks losses to Wizards, Pacers
Games Week 4: (3 games): Monday, Nov. 11 at Wolves | Tuesday, Nov. 12 at Heat | Friday, Nov. 15 at Hornets

Many pundits like the Pistons to take a step up this season and perhaps they’re correct, but this squad still doesn’t seem to mesh well. Albeit, we’ll need to reassess when both Griffin and Jackson return.

That said it wouldn’t be surprising if the Pistons shop both Jackson and Drummond seeking younger assets to surround Griffin and Rose with.

Week four is the anticipated return date for Blake Griffin who is coming off an All-Star level season, but still the injury situation lingers. Depending on how the team meshes upon BG’s return coach Dwane Casey may want to borrow from his former team with the load management strategy because he sure can’t run him the way he did last season.
