The head coach for the OKC Thunder All-Decade team is…

Ah, I am glad we are starting this article off with a position we agree on, folks. At head coach, you like me, had Scott Brooks pegged for the head man responsibilities of the OKC Thunder All-Decade team.

This was a closer race than I originally thought, and I actually would like to clarify my position. While I do think Scott Brooks should be the head coach of the All-Decade team for the OKC Thunder. That is based on all of his contributions to the organization and the team throughout the 2010s.

In terms of who the better coach is today, or even in terms of who the better coach is all time from an x’s and o’s standpoint, I would side with Billy Donovan. This exercise is for the purpose of the OKC Thunder All-Decade team, and that is why Scotty B got my vote.

I also did not expect this vote to be as close as it ended up being, due to the vocal majority of OKC Thunder fans having complete and utter hate for the current Thunder head man, despite him being an above-average head coach.

I think what he has done so far in the 2019-20 campaign has won a lot of fans over. You are finally seeing the type of head coach Donovan has always wanted to be, only now he has the players that will execute his schemes his way.
