11-23. Previous: 25th. New Orleans Pelicans. 21. team. 69.

New Orleans Pelicans:

Offense: (107.7) 19th
Defense: (112.0)  26th
Net: (minus -4.3) 23rd

Games Week 10 ( 4-0): Won vs. Blazers 102-94, Nuggets: 112-100, Pacers: 120-98, Rockets: 127-112
Games Week 11 (2 games): Fri at Lakers | Sat at Kings

Four straight wins have fans sitting up and taking notice of the Pelicans. Two things happened to help the Pels get better with the first being a bit more of luck coming their way. New Orleans roster was rattled by injury the majority of the season but seem to have turned a corner.

The bigger issue is Lonzo Ball reminding why he was a top draft pick and why so many felt he had the potential to affect games positively. His return from injury and more importantly to the starting rotation has seemingly been the one piece of the puzzle that was missing to push the Pelicans over the top.

That big elephant in the room is when will Zion Williamson return and since so many clubs are grouped in the chase pack for the seventh and eighth seeds could his return also equate to the Pels joining the chase pack?
