38. . 16-20. Previous: 15th. Orlando Magic. 15. team

Orlando Magic:

Offense: (104.7 )  27th
Defense: (106.1)  10th
Net: (minus -1.4) 16th

Games Week 11 (2-2):  Won vs Wizards: 122-101, Heat: 105-85, Lost to Hawks: 93-101, Jazz: 96-109
Games Week 12 (3 games): Mon vs Nets | Weds vs Wizards | Fri at Suns

Orlando ended up doing what was expected by splitting the week but how the split occurred and which opponents they defeated were far more interesting.

The win versus the Wizards and loss to the Jazz was expected. However, the reversal of the order for the other two opponents offered hints of who the Magic are.

By virtue of defeating the Heat, the Magic demonstrated how their defense can affect games. Likewise, when facing offensive juggernauts like the Hawks their defense can keep them in a game but if their 27th ranked offense is struggling they can easily fall.

In essence on a great day, they can beat the best clubs and on the worse day, their offense can stop them from defeating teams with the worst records.
