24. team. 64. . 18-33. Previous: 24th. Detroit Pistons

Detroit Pistons:

Offense: (109.6) 18th
Defense: (111.8)  22nd
Net: (minus -2.2) 20th

Results Week 15: (1-3) Won vs. Nuggets: 128-123 (OT), Lost vs. Cavaliers:100-115, Nets: 115-125, Raptors: 92-105
Games Week 16: (4 games) Mon at Grizzlies | Weds vs Suns  | Fri at Thunder | Sat vs Knicks

Derrick Rose left the game versus the Nuggets Sunday with a groin injury and the Pistons can ill afford him to be out any length of time. Partially so they can try to correct their path to winning.

More importantly, if he’s out any length of time it’ll hurt their options of trading him prior to the deadline. Recency bias will stick in GMs heads so an injured Rose is far less attractive than a healthy one given his history.

News heading into the trade deadline is baffling as the Pistons switch off the narrative of trading Rose and Andre Drummond to Luke Kennard. Huh?

Why precisely would the Pistons trade away one of the few talents and better shooters (that is a YOUNG talent) for draft picks? Color me confused.
