Former OKC Thunder guard Russell Westbrook challenges Chris Paul to push-ups with a twist and the pair also have their own family workouts at home.

Our phones have become the new television and without basketball, some people just don’t know what to do. But with everything going on in the world it has made us realize the importance of family and taking the time to be with them. Russell Westbrook and OKC Thunder leader Chris Paul took it to another level.

Instead of just spending time with their kids, former Thunder guard Westbrook put his son Noah on his back and completed ten push-ups.

He made it a challenge tagging Paul and his Rockets teammate Austin Rivers along with others.

CP3 took on the challenge and put his daughter Camryn on his back while doing the push-ups.  Both Westbrook and Paul can also be seen like many other players in the league, putting in work while in quarantine.

The former posted a video of his wife Nina who is a great shooter getting buckets. And the latter made what looked like a home gym with a training team that included his wife Jada, daughter and son Chris Jr.

It also got me thinking what if players recorded themselves at home doing certain basketball moves and posting them on social media, tagging who they want to replicate the move. It could be like a virtual game of H.O.R.S.E but instead of just matching shots, you can match dunks or dribbling moves.

This would be interesting because you could have big men in the league challenging point guards to dunks. Westbrook and Paul would definitely be in the mix to accept this since they have incredible hang time.

You could also have some of the league’s best ball handlers challenging others to their greatest moves on the court. Steven Adams adding shaking and baking to his Kiwi Step? Now I’m sure we would all be here for that.
