A complete performance versus Orlando:

Just two days after helping the Thunder defeat the Rockets, the German sparked another triumph, this time against the Orlando Magic on January 22nd.

He bounced back from a scoreless first quarter to record 31 points, nine assists, and three rebounds. Even when his shots weren’t falling early, he was still giving out superb passes including a between the legs assist to best friend Mike Muscala and a well-timed lob to Nerlens Noel for a dunk.

This game displayed his skillset on both ends of the floor as Schroder also finished with a staggering 72.1 percent shooting from the field and 75 percent from the perimeter.

A long two-point jumper in the last 30 seconds put the game out of reach for the Magic as the Thunder guard showed why it truly is better late than never.

He might’ve not come out strong from the outset but he stepped up when it mattered most.
