Fox Sports Oklahoma delivers two stand out games from the OKC Thunder 2019-20 campaign and special Steven Adams feature this week.

OKC Thunder players continue to practice physical distancing at home and await news of a return to action. Typically, this would be the time of year where fans would be buying playoff tickets and the likelihood was a first-round playoff series either against the Utah Jazz or Houston Rockets.

Instead, fans are resorting to watching replays and special presentations like The Last Dance about the Bulls’ last title run which debuted on Sunday evening.

In addition, NBA TV and the local networks are providing some of the better matches already undertaken in this campaign to help fans navigate life without live sports.

To that end, this week Fox Oklahoma is coming to the rescue for those of us thirsting for games to watch. They’ve selected two great games from the season along with a special Steven Adams program.

More from Thunderous Intentions

First up, on Wednesday, April 22 the station will replay the match versus the Orlando Magic played on January 22nd. The game will run twice – once at 7:00 p.m. and again at 10:00 p.m. The Thunder won this game 120-114 and as typical these two squads always deliver a highly competitive match.

This will be followed by two special events on Saturday, April 25th. At 7:00 and 10:00 p.m. the station will air contest played between the home town squad and the Sacramento Kings from January 29th, 2020.  OKC also won this match in one of their easier wins of the season (120-100).

In between these games at 9:00 p.m. a special Steven Adams program entitled “The Kiwi Way” will air. Of all the OKC Thunder players, The Big Kiwi is undeniably the biggest character on the team often delivering as much amusement in his sound bites as his body jarring screens on the court.

Check back with Thunderous Intentions prior to the above games as we’ll highlight a few standout moments to watch for during the matches.
