Gallo brings out bag of tricks against Houston:

A trend continues with many players on the Thunder having standout performances against the Houston Rockets in Russell Westbrook‘s homecoming.

This time it is Gallinari who put up a superb performance on a big night. The Italian native was firing shots from everywhere, fighting for rebounds and making it tough for Houston defenders.

As no surprise, Gallo was efficient and did not have a single turnover. He also recorded 23 points and 11 rebounds. Ten of which were defensive rebounds and were the most by any player on the court.

The forward also added four assists and a steal on 100 percent free-throw shooting and a trio of 3-pointers in 28 minutes.

Gallinari showed both his offensive and defensive skills helping the team to build a massive lead against the Rockets and maintain it.

It showed just how valuable Gallo is as he can assist with more than just shooting, using his big frame and length to beat defenders.

This showed throughout the game when James Harden and Austin Rivers were forced to foul the big man as he held his ground and disrupted them throughout the night.
