22nd) Pelicans –Cumulative opponent win total: 254

Since this is being posted a day after the season resumed it has to be noted how much pressure the Pelicans put on themselves by losing the first game to Utah.
By virtue of that loss, they fall to four games back of the Grizzlies and behind both the Blazers and Kings.
Fortunately, they have the easiest schedule of all 22 teams and they’ll play important matches that can help their objective to finish within four games of the eighth seed and at the top of the chase pack. Specifically, their third game against the Grizzlies is key. If they lose that game it could end their hopes but the three matches against other members of the chase pack will also be essential contests.
Their back to back is arguably the easiest of all 22 teams. Also, note there aren’t many early games as the national networks look to get Zion in primetime as much as possible. In fact, six of the seven games with TV information are on National TV.
