Best OKC Thunder Reserve

A. . F/C. Oklahoma City Thunder. DARIUS BAZLEY

It may not show up on the box score, but Darius Bazley is my selection for the best bench player tonight for the OKC Thunder.

He has the simple yet complex ability to stay on the floor against Houston’s complicated assault and he excelled once again tonight with his time on the floor. Baze finished the night with eight points, nine boards, and three assists.

Best Opponent:

SG. Houston Rockets. JAMES HARDEN. A.

James Harden was sensational as a scorer once again for the Rockets as he registered a team-high 32 points tonight. He has to be wondering why he didn’t have the ball in his hands late in this game. It’ll be interesting to see how he responds in Game 7.

More from Thunder News

Notes:

  • PJ Tucker flopping early, to no one’s surprise
  • Finally called a moving screen on Houston, about time
  • Rockets are the most insufferable team to watch in all of basketball
  • Much better first quarter than the last game. Need to continue taking good shots
  • Thanks Russ!
  • Bazely was awesome!!
