Strength and various intangible categories:

Hustle:

Anthony Davis took the top rung joining Stephen Curry, Luka Doncic, and Montrezl Harrell with a rating of 98 along. The Thunder landed five players in this category with Steven Adams (97) ninth, Roberson (95) 52nd, Noel (94) 58th, Dort (94) 59th, and Schroder (90) 82nd.

More from Thunderous Intentions

As much as landing five players on the list it was a bit surprising Chris Paul didn’t make the grade. I expected each of Paul, Kyle Lowry (7th), and Marcus Smart (83rd) to make the list and the latter two did.

Intangibles:

Damian Lillard joins 23 other players who receive a rating of 98 but claims the top spot no doubt due to his penchant for pulling up at the logo and nailing shots with high efficiency. Of all the ratings on the list perhaps Darius Bazley (98) ranking 18th on this list speaks to his future potential and the fact others are recognizing it. The rookie is the only Thunder player to make the top 100 in this category

Potential:

This is an interesting category where the rating doesn’t necessarily equate to where the player ranks on the list. Kevin Durant takes the top spot with a rating of 98 followed by OKC Thunder captain Chris Paul with a 92 rating.  Two other Thunder players make the grade as SGA ranks 16th and, Schroder comes in at 56th.

Stamina:

No contest on the top spot going to LeBron James (99) who is still performing like a superstar after 17 seasons. A trio of OKC Thunder players makes the top 100 including SGA (94), Adams (93), and Schroder (93) who rank 61st, 67th, and 69th respectively.

Overall Durability:

Damian Lillard ranks first with a 98 rating while no OKC Thunder players make the top 100.

Strength:

This category feels completely out of whack, particularly when Steven Adams places 49th on the list with an 81 rating. Especially when you scan the 48 players who ranked ahead of the Big Kiwi including Enes Kanter, Nic Vucevic, Kevin Love, KAT, and a myriad of players who don’t summon visions of strength (Vincent Poirer, Omari Spellman, and Patrick Patterson).  Or consider the fact Carmelo Anthony ranks three spots lower than Adams with only one point difference in his 80 rating. Say what?

Mike Muscala makes the cut coming in 77th on the list with a rating of 76. Again, I’m scratching my head because as much as we like Mike in Thunder Nation the fact his strength is considered greater than Serge Ibaka feels way off base.

Kevin Hervey also made the list ranking 93rd with a 75 rating.

Verticle:

Freak of nature Zion Williamson lands atop this category with a 99 rating. Diallo is the top Thunder player landing at 7th on the list joining Donovan Mitchell, Zach LaVine, and Justin Anderson with a rating of 97.

Lu Dort (87) is 52nd, TFerg rank 77th joining 18 others who also receive an 85 rating including teammate Deonte Burton who ranks 79th. SGA is the other Thunder player in the mix ranking 91st with a rating of 83
