Huskies freshman Jaden McDaniels didn’t live up to his initial hype but could be a prospect the OKC Thunder wants to target and develop.

Jaden McDaniels is a versatile offensive player who is an elite competitor. He’s projected to be selected in the mid to late twenties which is where the OKC Thunder will make their pick (25th).

His brother (Jalen) plays for the Charlotte Hornets. Several brother tandems are currently in the league like the Lopez brothers (Brook and Robin ) who both played for the Bucks last season.

The Pacers feature two of the three Holiday brothers Aaron and Justin while Jrue plays for the Pelicans. The intriguing part of the McDaniel’s siblings is the single letter difference in the middle of their first names. Imagine if the Hornets end up drafting Jaden.

The question on the table though is whether the OKC Thunder should consider McDaniels as an option with their 25th pick in the first round.
