With Danilo Gallinari most likely leaving the team any time soon, Tillie could fill his void, though it will take some time he’s got NBA-ready skills. Tillie is aggressive under the rim and plays well on defense.

Being from France, OKC has a lot of experience with international players. In the 2019-20 season, they had five international players, or six if you include Abdel Nader who was born in Egypt. They have another one in Ricky Rubio joining the team and this international presence is only good for the sport and league as a whole.

Fun facts:

  • From Paris, France.
  • Comes from a family of athletes. His parents both played professional volleyball and his older brother Kim is a professional basketball player. Tillie’s other brother Kevin is a volleyball player for the French national team.
