Player Shai Gilgeous-Alexander should mold his game after No. 3) Paul George

Easily the best individual player on this list, Paul George is without a doubt a talent that resembles that of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

The theme of this list has been incredibly efficient two-way wings, and the former OKC Thunder star fits this mold perfectly.

Known as one of the best offensive and defensive players at his respective position, Paul George is a man in possession of many accolades: 6x All-Star, 5x All-NBA, 4x NBA All-Defense, NBA steals champion, etc.

This past season, the 30-year-old posted all-around impressive numbers of 21.5 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 1.4 steals per game on 44 percent shooting from the floor and a career-high 41 percent shooting from 3-point range.

Though he may be shy 3-inches, the way Shai plays is unbelievably similar to PG-13.

Like Oladipo, George is well known for his rim-rattling dunks when on the break. That said, what is a very common result of the All-Star’s attacks is a bevy of acrobatic and athletic layup packages, especially when coming into a clogged lane which, as you may already know, is a staple of SGA’s game.

Both players also have surprisingly good balance & strength when absorbing contact at the rim and love to shake & bake whilst utilizing their go-to between the legs dribbles when deciding where to go.

At this point in his career, Gilgeous-Alexander should certainly be shooting for the stars as he tries to emulate players that have walked the line before him. One of the brightest stars currently in the game that possesses quite an attainable mold for the young stud to fill is easily Paul George.
