OKC Thunder grades: Comeback too late vs Dame time
Best OKC Thunder reserve performance:
As many are saying, Diallo deserves to be in the Most Improved Player of the Year conversation.
Coming off the bench, he scored 17 points, four rebounds, two assists, a steal, and a block. He is having his best year yet and it’s awesome to see him flourish.
We knew what he was capable of and now he has the opportunity to show it off. He helped out big as OKC tried to recover from falling behind.
Best opponent performance:
MVP candidate Damian Lillard was magnificent.
Not only did he make some unbelievable bombs down the stretch, but he led in all areas of the court. He finished with 31 points, ten assists, seven rebounds, and two steals to strengthen his MVP case.
In closing:
The Thunder have now lost six of their last eight games. But the way they are losing is not without putting up a fight. There’s no question of effort but rather execution.
