After an offseason filled with roster shakeups and constant moving chairs, the OKC Thunder are a team building for the future.

While they may not look the part of a traditional rebuilding team, as they already seem to have a franchise player in place in Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and are constantly finding themselves competing in games till the bitter end, the Thunder are most certainly setting their sights on the long game.

Because of this, the team finds itself filled with a bevy of young talent logging substantial playing time which, in turn, is doing wonders for their development.

A team on the road to a rebuild such as Oklahoma City is a great place for youthful ballers to get a shot at big minutes, as wins are not as important as molding their players.

Because of this, the franchise has the luxury of being experimental and taking risks with their personnel, and, so far, it’s been nothing but positive to watch.

Now, as we begin to get closer to the March 25th trade deadline, we at Thunderous Intentions hope to find more enjoyment from this franchise, as expectations are that OKC will be active participants on the market.

While the idea is they’ll look to be more of sellers and part ways with some of their veteran players such as Al Horford and, more notably, George Hill, we here at the site believe that it may also be wise of the franchise to look into trading for some players as well.

The OKC Thunder should consider trading for Kevin Knox

From big names like John Collins to relative unknowns like Mo Bamba, we’ve discussed many routes Sam Presti and co. could take in order to make somewhat buyers out of OKC by the deadline.

Most recently, we proposed the concept of the team trading for New York Knicks third-year forward Kevin Knox, and, as it would appear, fans enjoyed the idea.

Despite coming nowhere near living up to his No. 8 overall selection back in 2018, with the potential of such a low cost, it might be wise of the Thunder to consider taking a flier for the once highly-touted baller.

Today, we present to you 2 trades the OKC Thunder should consider making for Kevin Knox:
