Fox isn’t likely to get serious consideration given his comments agreeing with LeBron James that the game shouldn’t occur. Although he’s a rising star who leads his team in points and assists he has more talent on his squad than some of his counterparts.

For a brief moment, he became a talking point when the Kings won seven of eight matches but they’ve since lost five in a row. That winning streak also occurred with many of the opponents they beat missing core players.

He’s definitely taken a step this season but with his poor shooting compared to others on this list it’s doubtful he garners the All-Star nod.
