No. 3) Win or lose, OKC is trusting the process

Okay, I didn’t want to say it (because it reminds me of the Philadelphia 76ers and OKC is not them) but it looks like the OKC Thunder are trusting the process.

The Thunder definitely missed Shai and Mike Muscala against the Knicks. But it seems like this season, no matter the outcome of the game, they are looking at the big picture and what competing with who and what they have is going to get them far.

Diallo getting traded was a shock for many and for many (including myself) a sad move. Playing against his home team also didn’t make this match easy.

But it was another clear example that OKC believes if they don’t make moves like this they won’t get to where they want to be.

The thing we can hold onto though is that going hard every game is just who they are. Losing big today is a piece of their ultimately successful journey. And though it’s hard to say, if that’s what it’s going to take then that’s what it will be.

#ThunderUp all the way!
