Best OKC Thunder reserve performance:

Oklahoma City Thunder. ISAIAH ROBY. A-. . F

Kenrich Williams finished with more points for the OKC Thunder, but the difference was just one.

Isaiah Roby earned this honor for what he did elsewhere on the court.

In roughly 21 minutes, Roby was efficient, scoring 11 points on 66.7 percent shooting. But he was also a ball hog on the boards, pulling down eight rebounds, and he was active in the passing game, finishing with six assists. Roby added a block and steal for good measure.

Roby is a dangerous player who can earn valuable playing time in the future should he continue playing the way he is this season. He’s a fun player to watch who has a ton of potential.

Best opponent performance:

A+. . F. Toronto Raptors. CHRIS BOUCHER

There is no other Raptor who can make an argument for this honor.

Chris Boucher was amazing in the game and made all the difference for the Raptors. In the fourth quarter, Boucher did the most for the Raptors, scoring 10 points to help the team hold on to a slim lead for the win.

Boucher finished with 31 total points on 62.5 percent shooting. He made six of his nine 3-pointers in the game and added 12 rebounds, essentially doing it all for the Raptors.

In closing:

In a game that featured 24 lead changes and saw the OKC Thunder lead by as many as 12 points, it really could have gone either way in the end.

The Thunder put forth their best effort, led by Dort, who wouldn’t be denied. But in the end, it was another game the Thunder couldn’t close out.

The Thunder needed a big fourth quarter to steal the victory. They got instead a quarter where Pokusevski missed all four of his shots, and the Thunder committed eight turnovers.

The loss helps, even when it hurts.
