With 11 games remaining on the regular-season schedule for the OKC Thunder, there’s still a chance for them to better their odds of landing the No. 1 pick in this year’s draft.

As things currently stand, what with them boasting the fifth-worst record in the entire association, they subsequently find themselves holding the fifth-best odds of landing the top selection.

However, while they find themselves in good shape heading into the offseason and towards the draft lottery, the ultimate goal for this tanking team is to keep their losing streak going which, at the moment, has managed to balloon its way to 13 straight.

Unfortunately, however, tonight may pose a threat to halt their current stretch, as they’ll be going up against the severely undermanned and already highly underwhelming Boston Celtics.

Normally, such a matchup would likely end in defeat for Oklahoma City, such as the bout they had back in March, but tonight, the Cs will be rolling out a lineup without the likes of some of their key players.

The OKC Thunder will be going up against the undermanned Boston Celtics

Coming into today, their injury report already had the likes of All-Star Jayson Tatum and starting center, Robert Williams III listed. Now, just within the past hour, a report surfaced stating that the shamrocks will be without starting point guard, Kemba Walker, due to an oblique strain.

The OKC Thunder, on the other hand, will actually find themselves with health on their side, however, as their defensive stalwart, Luguentz Dort, makes his way back to the rotation after a one-game absence due to a hip injury.
