OKC Thunder: 2 NBA star comparisons for Jalen Green

The OKC Thunder had themselves a horrendous 2020-21 campaign on paper but, in actuality, it boded well for their ultimate goals of rebuilding the franchise.
Though a 22-50 record may appear to be putrid on the surface, such a finish managed to net them the fourth-worst standing in the league which, in turn, gives them the fourth-best odds of landing the top slot in the 2021 NBA Draft, and a 52.4 percent chance of having their pick fall within the top-5.
With the fact that Sam Presti and co. have managed to acquire a total of 34 picks through the year 2027, it’s evident that the goal for Oklahoma City is to build through the draft, and phase one commences this offseason.
While the consensus belief is that Cade Cunningham is the player every tanking team has been plummeting in an attempt to try and draft, this incoming rookie class has quite a few top-notch talents that look to have the makings of absolute stars at the next level.
In fact, a lot of these players have managed to display qualities that resemble those of some of the league’s biggest and brightest stars, which has inspired us at TI to create our comparative series discussing draft prospects and who at the next level they most resemble.
