OKC Thunder season highlights for Luguentz Dort.

It did not take long for Dort to produce one of his season highlights. In the second game of the season, Dort scored 26 points in the one-point loss to the Utah Jazz. Dort hit 9-of-11 from the floor and 5-of-7 from deep which kept the Thunder in touch with the eventual No. 1 seed in the Western Conference.

Then, in the middle of February, Dort went on a run of ten straight games where he scored in double figures. This streak helped the Thunder win four of these games which was one of the better stretches of the season for the franchise.

Dort’s best game came against the Jazz again where he scored a career-high 42 points. While the Thunder lost, Dort took a massive amount of 31 shots in this game, making 16 of them. He made an impressive 7-of-11 from deep while also filling up the stat sheet with seven rebounds, three assists, and four steals.

Defensively Dort was huge for most of the season. He had six games with three or more steals, two games with four steals. He had a game against the Chicago Bulls where he had six steals in a two-point win. When Dort had good numbers he helped the Thunder stay in games or win them.
