OKC Thunder welcome back Russell Westbrook twice in 2021

Before the calendar turns to 2022, Russell Westbrook will bring LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and the Los Angeles Lakers to Bricktown to entertain the fans at the Paycom Center.

For just the second time with fans in the stands, and the third time in general, Russell Westbrook will play as a visitor in the Paycom Center on October 27th, 2021, and again on December 10th, 2021. Each game will tip-off at 7 p.m., with the December 10th contest taking place on a Friday. A prime date to pack the PCC.

For the first time since Andre Robinson’s injury in the 2017-18 season, Russell Westbrook is taking the floor for a legitimate championship contender.

Playing for his hometown team, the L.A. Lakers, and with one of the best if not the best to ever play this game in LeBron James.

After collecting MVPs, rewriting history to the point we view triple-doubles as normal, leaving an impact on an organization and community so great that re-naming streets, constructing statues, and a jersey number retirement lingers in his future, the lone thing missing from his first-ballot Hall of Fame resume is that championship ring.

As OKC Thunder fans wait for their team to return to national prominence, many will be supporting Westbrook’s Lakers. You will not want to miss Russ putting on a show for the fanbase that he built in Oklahoma City.
