The OKC Thunder welcome the defending NBA Champions, the Milwaukee Bucks to the Paycom Center in downtown Oklahoma City. The Thunder are on a two-game losing streak, 3-7 in their last ten games, with a 9-23 home record. Sitting with a 20-44 overall record, the Oklahoma City Thunder are Four and a half games back of the worst record in the NBA. The Bucks are riding a four-game winning streak, a 6-4 record in their last ten games, sitting at third place in the fisty Eastern Conference, three and a half games back of Miami at the top of the conference.

OKC Thunder dealing with injuries on the first night of a back-to-back, welcoming in the Bucks

The Oklahoma City Thunder come into this contest nursing a plethora of injuries, which will make life difficult against the reigning champions. Josh Giddey, who is dealing with a sore hip, is still a couple of weeks from returning. As is Jeremiah Robinson-Earl who is dealing with a foot injury. Mike Muscala is limited by an ankle injury that dates back to last season which will keep him out of this contest against the Bucks, as Kenrich Williams, Ty Jerome, and Derrick Favors are all sidelined as well.

Isaiah Roby, after being named a starter pregame by Mark Daigneault, was a late scratch on Sunday against the Utah Jazz with a back injury. Now, the Nebraska product is tabbed as questionable for the tilt with the Bucks due to that same back injury. No matter if Roby plays or does not play, the OKC Thunder are still thin in the frontcourt against a big Bucks squad. It will be up to Olivier Sarr, Isaiah Roby, and Darius Bazley to battle down low. The Bucks will miss Grayson Allen, Brook Lopez, George Hill, and Pat Connaughton against the OKC Thunder.

This marks the first game of a back-to-back set for the Oklahoma City Thunder, who will welcome in the Minnesota Timberwolves tomorrow.
