The Oklahoma City Thunder control the 12th overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft. As we sit a week from the Draft, there is not enough consistency around where Sam Presti will go with this selection. The puzzle is unclear right now. The Thunder have so many routes they could go with pick 12 that make sense. It makes it difficult to predict precisely what Presti will do.

However, that does not deter those of us in the media from trying. The National Media whipped up their latest round of 2023 NBA Mock Drafts a week out from the main event today.  Who will Sam Presti eventually settle on?

The latest round of Mock Drafts do that have a ton of consistency around the OKC Thunder’s 12th pick.

ESPN, The Ringer, CBS, Bleacher Report, Yahoo, and The Athletic have released new 2023 NBA Mock Drafts, and who the Thunder are selecting has yet to be nailed down. From reports of trading up in the draft to whispers of a draft promise with an intriguing international prospect, we will wait to see what Presti eventually pulls off come draft night.

The last time we did this exercise, the Thunder selected names like Dereck Lively II, Anthoy Black, Nick Smith Jr, and Leonard Miller. None of those names are included in today’s mock draft round-up. Things change quickly this time of year.
