OKC Thunder player grades vs Pacers: Chet Holmgren shows elite potential

After a lengthy delay due to the Dallas Mavericks and Golden State Warriors contest going into Overtime at the Cox Pavilion, the OKC Thunder finally took the hardwood to battle with the Indiana Pacers. The Oklahoma City Thunder, on the second night of a back-to-back, had their regulars back on the hardwood. Caleb McConnell, Cason Wallace, and Keyontae Johnson were the only players to play in both legs of the back-to-back, with Jared Butler, Ousmane Dieng, Jaylin Williams, and Chet Holmgren rejoining the fold.
The Indiana Pacers rested Andrew Nembhard, Bennedict Mathurin, and Isaiah Jackson in this one. Indiana’s top rookie Jarace Walker, Ben Sheppard, Kendall Brown, Isaiah Wong, and Oscar Tshiebwe highlighted the Pacers’ active squad.

This was a much better game regarding watchability for the OKC Thunder; the team played their regulars and put on a show in their 98-87 win over the Indiana Pacers. The Oklahoma City Thunder saw four players crack double-figures tonight, all of whom are rostered by the varsity club.
Kameron Woods steer the ship to secure OKC their second win in Vegas. The Thunder defense limited the Pacers to just 38 percent shooting from the floor as Indiana labored to find any offense. Oklahoma City dramatically cut down on their turnovers, which has hurt them all week and helped lead to a win. So let’s grade the OKC Thunder roster.
