The Oklahoma City Thunder battle it out with the Los Angeles Lakers tonight. The OKC Thunder are fresh off a pair of close loses and are seeing their most scheduled rest of the season. The Thunder have only played in two games in the last five days.

In this matchup with one of the top teams in the West, the OKC Thunder will be fully healthy, only missing a pair of G League assignees in two-way forward Keyontae Johnson and 2022 NBA Draft Lottery Pick Ousmane Dieng. The rest of this young Oklahoma City Thunder squad is fully available against the Purple and Gold.

Will LeBron James play in this contest for the Los Angeles Lakers against the Oklahoma City Thunder?

LeBron James has not played in the Paycom Center since December 10th, 2021 which was the last time the top scorer in league history participated in a game in downtown Bricktown.

The schedule did not set up kindly for OKC Thunder fans hoping to see LeBron James active, this is the last leg of a four-game road trip on the second night of a back-to-back that saw the Lake show fly into Oklahoma City last night from Detroit.

However, given the nature of the Lakers blow out over the Pistons that only saw LeBron James play 28 minutes yesterday, the Los Angeles Lakers have not ruled out James for this contest. So far this season, LeBron James has fully participated in two back-to-back sets already.

This has led LeBron James to be listed as Questionable for this matchup against the OKC Thunder with what is being described as a left calf contusion. Prior to tip-off, Lakers bench boss Darvin Ham will announce to the media James' game status.

UPDATE: LeBron James is ACTIVE Tonight against the Oklahoma City Thunder, marking his first time suiting up in the Paycom Center since December 10th, 2021.
