Rising OKC Thunder star Jalen Williams has established himself as one of the game's brightest young studs through two seasons in the association.

This past campaign, in particular, certainly cemented his status as such, as he went on to drop career-best averages virtually all across the board by posting 19.1 points, 4.5 assists, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.1 steals while shooting 54.0 percent from the floor and 42.7 percent from distance en route to a fourth-place finish in the Most Improved Players race.

From his evolving play to his on-court demeanor, it seems the 23-year-old is hell-bent on improving upon his game with every passing day, and, recently, it was revealed that even mid-game, he's trying to learn a thing or two to help better his craft.

During a recent appearance on The Old Man and the Three, Memphis Grizzlies All-Star power forward, Jaren Jackson Jr. discussed who he believes are some of the biggest talkers in the league, and, when revealing his number one choice, without hesitation Williams was singled out.

Thunder stud Jalen Williams tabbed 'biggest talker' by Jaren Jackson Jr.

"He wants to talk X and O's... He wants to talk basketball. He'll be like: 'Man, did you see that? Why did he cut to the --.' I don't know. I don't care," Jackson said of Williams.

Interestingly enough, Jackson doesn't seem to be the only one who has endured Willams' on-court antics, as fellow podcast guest, Trey Murphy III of the New Orleans Pelicans corroborated this trend by specifically highlighting a memory he had during his club's first-round series against the Thunder this past postseason.

"Even during the playoffs he's talking. I'm like, bro, this is Game 2. We can't be speaking to each other," Murphy recalled.

Truth be told, this may be one of the funniest things to be called out for talking about on the hardwood. Far from Kevin Garnett's "honey nut cheerios" remarks, the Thunder stud is being singled out for literally being a student of the game.

While certainly amusing, this reveal should get Loud City nation excited, for, if nothing else, it shows Williams' desire to continue learning ways to strengthen and deepen his bag of tricks.

Especially for a natural three like J-Dub playing out of position down at the four, who better to ask for advice from than one of the best power forwards currently in the game than Jackson and a legitimate tweener forward like Murphy?
