4 Offensive-minded players Thunder could still pursue to solidify rotation

The Thunder still have a need for a secondary playmaker.

Collin Sexton

With the likes of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Alex Caruso, Lu Dort, Cason Wallace, Isaiah Joe, and Aaron Wiggins already in tow, it's safe to say the Thunder don't necessarily need anymore backcourt help.

However, when it comes to a talent like Collin Sexton, they may be open to adding one more into the fold.

A tried and true spark plug who has seen scoring averages as high as 24.3 points in his career, the 25-year-old has proven capable of buying a bucket from virtually anywhere on the hardwood.

After two seasons of lacing them up in Salt Lake City, where he's posted 17.0 points, 4.1 assists, and 2.5 rebounds on 49.3 percent shooting from the floor and 39.4 percent shooting from distance, Sexton has found his name circulating vigorously within the trade rumor mill throughout this summer.

With the recently inked extension given to Lauri Markkanen, it appears likely that the Jazz are gearing up for this year's campaign with winning on their mind and, thus, may wish to hold onto their highly sought-after combo guard.

That said, should they find themselves heading toward a similar, lottery-bound fate closer to the February deadline, the Thunder may want to consider striking
