Pros and cons of Thunder potentially trading for Jerami Grant

Con: Too many mouths to feed within the rotation
There are some who may argue this to be a "good" problem to have, but a problem it is nonetheless.
Heading into 2024-25, the Thunder will be boasting a lineup already consisting of top-flight talents like Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Jalen Williams, and Chet Holmgren aboard.
The three of these aforementioned ballers are all bound to take on a large chunk of minutes within coach Mark Daigneault's rotation.
On top of them, the headman will then need to figure out how to properly distribute minutes among the rest of his talent pool, as core guys like Lu Dort, Cason Wallace, Isaiah Joe, and Aaron Wiggins are all deserving of holding onto playing times that match or surpass their 2023-24 averages of +15 MPG.
Already, this will be a tough dilemma for Daigneault to navigate through, as he now has new arrivals in Alex Caruso and Isaiah Hartenstein coming in and in search of significant time on the hardwood -- something both are expected to receive.
Adding on Grant, who has been averaging 32.3 minutes over the last six seasons himself, would likely only further complicate things from a minutes distribution standpoint, which could lead to wonky rotations or, even worse, disturbed emotions derived from lessened roles that could, in theory, deter the team from focusing on their main goal of winning a title.
