The rundown
Adams averaged 7.2 points and 6.3 rebounds per game as a freshman at Pittsburgh last year. He really saw his draft stock rise after the combine where his midrange stroke was especially impressive. He’s a great athlete for a 7-foot, 250 pounder.

How the Thunder can get him?
Adams has been the most popular projection for the Thunder at No. 12. There is a chance that he could be taken higher than that.

How he will fit in with the Thunder?
Adams projects to be a future center in the NBA, but maybe not a starter. He would probably spend a lot of time in the D-League next year with the Thunder and would be more of a project than anything.
